All our shoes come with a 2-month replacement warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults in the product.

If a defect occurs within this period, you may request a replacement of the same product, subject to verification.


2. Return & Exchange Time Frame

Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.

Requests made after 5 days from the delivery date will not be accepted, except in cases covered under the 2-month replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.


3. Conditions for Refund or Exchange

Refund or exchange requests will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

    If the item received is damaged during delivery.

  2. Faulty or Defective Item
    If the product has a manufacturing defect.

  3. Incorrect Product Delivered
    If the item does not match the original specifications or the product you ordered.

  4. Size Issue
    If the size you ordered does not fit your feet for any reason.


4. Exchange Charges

  • Exchange charges may apply, depending on the case and delivery location.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to a defective or incorrect product.


5. Return Procedure (For Orders from Other Cities)

If you purchased the product through our website and live in another city, please follow the steps below:

  2. Clearly explain the issue or fault with the product.

  3. Send the product back to us via courier service.

  4. When sending the parcel, mention the fault or issue with the product so that the return process can be handled smoothly.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement product will be dispatched to the customer.


6. Products Purchased on Promotion or Discount

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

However:

  • Size exchange is allowed

  • Shipping charges will apply

  • Free shipping will not be provided for size exchanges
